Order Process

We have tried our best to make this site easy to use while still providing our online visitors with all of the same options as our traditional Clients. Please use this as a guide to navigating our site and placing an order..
1. Search for your Product
You can use the links in our navigation to browse our products. We suggest you contact us by phone or email if you do not see the reclaimed wood product you are looking for or we are not offering the sizes that you need. In many cases we may carry it but not have it on our website.
If needed use our Materials Calculator and Units of Measure to help determine the square foot or board foot of material needed based on your measurements.
3. Selecting and Adding to your Order
Quantity: Determine how much material you would like to order and then put your cursor in the Quantity Box and type in the amount of material you want to order.
Be sure to read in what units the material is sold. Generally milled material such as flooring and siding is sold by the square foot and lumber and beams are sold by Board Foot. Furniture and Slabs are generally sold by the piece so the number of units will be 1 if you are buying a table.
Options: Below the Quantity Box will be the options if there are any for the product. Select the option that you are interested in purchasing.
All items list in the description the minimum purchase amounts and the increments for additional material. If you do not follow these minimum order requirements then there is a chance the order will not get fulfilled.
4. Completing Your Order
Click the “Add to Cart” link and you will see a summary of your order, as well as a box for and Special Instructions. At the bottom of the page is a shipping calculator which will give you FedEx and UPS quote based on your zip code and the weight of the product. It does not take into account charges for lengths that are not standard.
Click on "Checkout" and you will be prompted for your Customer Information or to Log In if you have an account already.
You will then be prompted for your shipping method. If you select no shipping method then it is assumed you will arrange for shipping.
Finally, you will be prompted for your payment information. Once that is completed, you will click on "Complete Order" and your order will be processed...
