OPT7 - Milling

All boards to be milled must have OPT1 - Metal Detect, OPT2 - Power Washed, OPT3 - Trim Ends   All 3 Options for Mill Jobs Add $.50 / LF plus $100 set up fee 

Milling Options

S1S - surface 1 face  Add $.50/LF plus $150 set up charge

S2S - surface 2 faces Add $1.00/LF plus $150 set up charge

S1S2E or S3S - Surface 1 Side and 2 Edges, 1 face will be surfaced and both edges will be surfaced.  Add $1.50 LF plus $250 Set up charge

S4S, T&G, Shiplap - surface four sides,  Add $1.50 Linear Foot plus $350 set up charge

If purchasing an E&K Siding Blend Cost to Shiplap or T&G on the Siding Blend will be $1.50 SF no set up fee if over 1000 SF.

Resaw - Cut 1 board horizontally two produce 2 boards, boards may not be the same thickness Add $1.00/LF plus $150 set up charge

Flap Sand - sands boards without losing color and patina, Add $1.00 Linear Foot plus $150 set up charge

Wire Brush - Add $1.00 Linear Foot plus $250 set up charge

End Match - T&G on ends of boards, Add $1.50 Linear Foot plus $250 set up charge

Custom Knives - Create Custom set up knives for milling, Add $500 +

Custom Millwork - Billed at $75/hour plus mill charges
